No. Access is licensed to the purchaser and the dogs in that purchaser's household. It may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by people in another household.

Crate training is the preferred confinement method taught in the program, but carefully managed puppy-pen use and owner tethering may also be used in appropriate situations.

Regardless of the method chosen, the central rule remains the same: a dog that is not yet reliably potty trained should not have unsupervised freedom in the home.

Yes. The program addresses both urination and bowel-movement accidents.

No. Housebreak Hero is designed for puppies, adult dogs, rescue dogs, newly adopted dogs, dogs needing retraining, and dogs with long-standing accidents.

Indoor marking can be different from ordinary housebreaking. Long-established marking—especially in older, intact male dogs—may not respond reliably to a standard potty training program. Additional veterinary or individualized behavioral modification training may be necessary.

No. The $49.95 purchase includes the complete self-guided program and its resources, but it does not include individualized training advice or direct access to Michelle.

Optional private virtual potty training consultations may be offered separately for an additional fee.

Sudden or unexplained accidents can have medical causes. Contact your veterinarian if you observe unusual frequency, urgency, straining, discomfort when urinating, incontinence, digestive illness, pain, medication-related changes, or another health concern.

Because Housebreak Hero is a digital program with immediate access to educational content and downloadable materials, purchases are generally final once access has been granted.

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, unresolved technical failures that prevent access, or when otherwise required by law.

Results vary based on the dog, household consistency, medical factors, and adherence to the program. Dissatisfaction with results does not automatically qualify for a refund.
