These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HousebreakHero.com, the Housebreak Hero online potty-training program, the customer portal, downloadable materials, videos, resources, and related services offered by Housebreak Hero ("Housebreak Hero," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using Housebreak Hero.

By visiting the website, completing a purchase, creating an account, or accessing the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Housebreak Hero.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use Housebreak Hero.

By purchasing or using the program, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have authority to use the payment method submitted.
• You will comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Housebreak Hero is intended for adult dog owners and is not directed to children.

2. The Housebreak Hero Program

Housebreak Hero is a self-guided online dog and puppy potty-training program.

The program may include:

• Video lessons
• A Quick-Start Guide
• Step-by-step checklists
• Schedules and trackers
• Troubleshooting guidance
• Downloadable resources
• Recommended tools and supplies
• Other educational materials added or updated during the customer's access period

Housebreak Hero may revise, reorganize, replace, update, or improve program content when reasonably necessary. These changes will not materially reduce the core value of the program purchased.

3. Educational Purpose

Housebreak Hero provides general educational information about dog potty training and related routines.

The program does not provide:

• Veterinary care
• Veterinary diagnosis or treatment
• Medical advice
• Emergency assistance
• Personalized dog-training advice
• Individual behavioral assessment
• Legal or professional advice
• A substitute for an in-person evaluation when one is needed

The program is self-guided. Personalized support from a professional dog trainer is not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Optional private virtual consultations or other services may be offered separately and may require an additional fee and separate terms.

4. Veterinary and Medical Concerns

Potty-training problems may sometimes be caused or affected by medical conditions.

You should contact a licensed veterinarian when a dog:

• Suddenly begins having accidents after previously being reliable
• Urinates unusually often
• Strains to urinate or defecate
• Shows signs of pain or distress
• Has blood in the urine or stool
• Drinks excessive amounts of water
• Has diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, or loss of appetite
• Cannot control elimination
• Experiences recurring or unexplained setbacks
• Displays any symptom that may indicate illness or injury

Housebreak Hero is not responsible for diagnosing medical conditions or determining whether a dog needs veterinary care.

In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

5. Results Are Not Guaranteed

Housebreak Hero is designed to provide a clear, practical potty-training plan, but individual results vary.

Results may depend on factors including:

• The dog's age, health, development, and history
• The owner's consistency and follow-through
• Household routines
• Supervision
• Living arrangements
• Previous training
• Stress or environmental changes
• The number of people caring for the dog
• Whether an underlying medical issue is present

Housebreak Hero does not guarantee that a dog will become fully housebroken within a particular number of days or by a particular date.

Older intact male dogs, dogs with marking habits, dogs with certain medical conditions, and dogs with significant behavioral histories may require additional management, veterinary care, or personalized professional assistance.

Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results.

6. Purchase Price and Payment

The standard purchase price for Housebreak Hero is:

$49.95 USD

The purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment unless a different offer is clearly disclosed before checkout.

Housebreak Hero does not automatically enroll customers in a subscription or recurring billing arrangement.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor clearly identified at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the payment processor to charge the displayed purchase price and any applicable taxes.

Housebreak Hero does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

The price may change for future purchases. A price change will not affect a completed purchase.

Any promotional price, coupon, discount, or special offer is subject to the terms displayed with that offer and may be changed or discontinued at any time before purchase.

7. Program Access

A completed purchase includes 12 months of access to the Housebreak Hero program, beginning on the date of purchase.

Program access is provided only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Customers may use the program for more than one dog living in the purchaser's own household during the access period.

Program access may not be:

• Shared with people outside the purchaser's household
• Sold, transferred, assigned, rented, or sublicensed
• Used to train clients' dogs as part of a commercial service
• Used to operate classes, workshops, memberships, or other paid services
• Used to reproduce or create a competing program
• Made available through a shared public or organizational account

Each purchase is intended for one customer account and one household.

Access expires at the end of the stated 12-month period unless Housebreak Hero expressly grants an extension.

Housebreak Hero may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, technical updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Accounts and Login Security

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining access to your registered email address
• Creating a secure password
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Preventing unauthorized use of your account
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access

You may not share your password or permit individuals outside your household to use your account.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by Housebreak Hero's own security failure.

Housebreak Hero may require a password reset or take other reasonable security measures when suspicious activity is detected.

We may suspend an account while investigating suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, security threats, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

9. Password-Setup and Reset Links

Password-setup and password-reset links are:

• Intended only for the recipient
• Time-limited
• Single-use
• Invalid after use, expiration, replacement, or revocation

You may not forward, publish, or share these links.

Housebreak Hero is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a customer sharing an account-setup link, password-reset link, password, authentication code, or other security credential.

10. Refund Policy

Because Housebreak Hero is a digital educational program that provides access to proprietary content, purchases are generally final once program access has been granted.

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• The customer was charged more than once for the same purchase.
• A verified technical failure caused by Housebreak Hero prevents the customer from accessing the purchased program, and Housebreak Hero is unable to correct the problem within a reasonable time.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

A customer's change of mind, failure to use the program, dissatisfaction with the time or effort required, failure to follow the program, or failure to achieve a particular result does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, the customer must give Housebreak Hero a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.

Please include the purchaser's name, purchase email address, purchase date, and a description of the issue.

Nothing in this section limits a non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Housebreak Hero before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is owed.

Housebreak Hero may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction, account-access, correspondence, and program-use records when responding to a dispute.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or determined to be unauthorized, Housebreak Hero may suspend or revoke the associated program access.

12. Technical Support

The purchase includes reasonable technical support for matters such as:

• Account access
• Password setup or reset
• Portal navigation
• Video or resource access
• Website errors affecting the purchased program

Technical support does not include:

• Personalized dog-training recommendations
• Review of an individual dog's behavior
• Veterinary guidance
• Device repair
• Internet-service troubleshooting
• Support for obsolete or unsupported browsers or devices
• Assistance unrelated to Housebreak Hero

We do not guarantee an immediate response or uninterrupted support availability, but we will make reasonable efforts to respond.

13. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for using reasonable judgment and humane training practices.

You agree that you will:

• Supervise your dog appropriately
• Use crates, tethers, leashes, gates, and other equipment safely
• Follow product-manufacturer instructions
• Avoid leaving a tethered dog unattended
• Provide appropriate food, water, exercise, veterinary care, and opportunities to eliminate
• Seek veterinary care when medical concerns are present
• Consider the safety of children, adults, other animals, and property
• Stop any exercise or setup that appears unsafe for your dog
• Comply with applicable animal-welfare laws

You remain solely responsible for your dog, your household, your training decisions, and the physical environment in which the program is used.

14. Acceptable Use

You may use the website and program only for lawful, personal, noncommercial household purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly display program content
• Record or redistribute videos
• Upload program materials to another website, platform, drive, group, or file-sharing service
• Sell, license, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the program
• Share account credentials outside your household
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the website or portal
• Circumvent access controls or security features
• Use automated tools to copy or extract content
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful material
• Attempt to access another person's account
• Use the program to create substantially similar competing materials
• Misrepresent Housebreak Hero content as your own
• Use the website for fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct, or infringement

15. Intellectual Property

Housebreak Hero and its licensors own all rights in the website and program, including:

• Videos
• Written lessons
• Guides
• Checklists
• Trackers
• Schedules
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Downloads
• Page designs
• Text
• Training explanations
• Selection, arrangement, and presentation of content

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the program during the access period for dogs in your household.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may download or print designated resources for your personal household use. You may not distribute, publish, sell, modify for resale, or commercially exploit those resources.

"Housebreak Hero," HousebreakHero.com, associated logos, and related branding may be trademarks or protected brand assets of Housebreak Hero. No license to use them is granted except as necessary to access the program.

16. Feedback, Reviews, and Testimonials

You may voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, comments, photographs, success stories, or testimonials.

Housebreak Hero will not publicly use your name, photograph, dog's image, or testimonial for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

When you expressly authorize promotional use, you grant Housebreak Hero a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, publish, and display the approved material in connection with Housebreak Hero marketing.

You represent that material you submit is truthful, belongs to you, and does not violate another person's rights.

You may contact us to withdraw permission for future promotional use. Withdrawal will not require recall of materials already printed or distributed before the request was received.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Housebreak Hero may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, video-hosting providers, website infrastructure providers, and external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Housebreak Hero is not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Third-party availability
• External privacy or security practices
• Changes made by third-party providers
• Losses caused solely by a third-party service outside our reasonable control

Use of a third-party payment method may also be subject to the payment provider's terms.

18. Website Availability and Changes

We may:

• Update or modify the website or program
• Perform maintenance
• Correct errors
• Replace outdated resources
• Change hosting or service providers
• Add or remove nonessential features
• Suspend service temporarily for security or technical reasons

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, or error.

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain access during the purchased access period. If a verified technical failure caused by Housebreak Hero prevents access and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, the limited refund provision in Section 10 may apply.

19. Suspension and Termination

Housebreak Hero may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

• Nonpayment, reversal, refund, or chargeback
• Account sharing outside the household
• Unauthorized copying or distribution
• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Security threats
• Harassment or abusive conduct
• Illegal activity
• Material violation of these Terms
• Conduct that harms Housebreak Hero, its customers, or its service providers

When appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation. Immediate suspension may occur when necessary to protect security, intellectual property, customers, or the website.

Termination for a material violation does not ordinarily entitle the customer to a refund.

Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective after termination.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Housebreak Hero, the website, the program, and all related content are provided "as is" and "as available."

Housebreak Hero disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and results.

We do not warrant that:

• The program will produce a particular result
• Every dog will become fully housebroken
• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content will be suitable for every dog or household
• The program will identify medical or behavioral conditions
• All technical issues will be corrected immediately

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Housebreak Hero and its owner, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages arising from:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Animal injury
• Veterinary expenses
• Business interruption
• Unauthorized account access
• Reliance on program content
• Failure to obtain a particular training result

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Housebreak Hero for a claim arising out of or relating to the program, website, purchase, or these Terms will not exceed the amount the customer paid for Housebreak Hero during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

22. Assumption of Responsibility

Working with dogs involves inherent risks, including bites, scratches, falls, escapes, property damage, conflict between animals, ingestion of unsafe materials, equipment failure, and unpredictable behavior.

You understand and accept that:

• Dogs may behave unpredictably.
• Training equipment must be selected and used appropriately.
• Supervision and environmental management remain your responsibility.
• Online educational information cannot account for every dog, person, home, or circumstance.
• You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate and safe.

You assume responsibility for your use of the program and for decisions made concerning your dog.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Housebreak Hero and its owner, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful or improper use of the website or program
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Content you submit
• Your unauthorized distribution of program materials
• Your fraudulent or malicious conduct

This section does not require you to indemnify Housebreak Hero for its own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

24. Privacy

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the website, program, purchase, or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

26. Dispute Resolution and Arizona Courts

Before filing a lawsuit, you and Housebreak Hero agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

The message should describe the dispute and the requested resolution.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, any legal action arising out of or relating to the website, program, purchase, or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Arizona.

You and Housebreak Hero consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms do not require binding arbitration and do not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or emergency relief to protect accounts, security, intellectual property, confidential information, or legal rights.

27. Electronic Communications

You agree that notices, agreements, disclosures, receipts, and other communications may be provided electronically, including by email or through the website or portal.

You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and reviewing communications related to your account.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

• The program
• Website functionality
• Payment processing
• Business practices
• Legal requirements
• Security measures
• Service providers

The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website, portal, or email.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is legally required.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.

30. No Waiver

A failure by Housebreak Hero to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Housebreak Hero.

31. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

Housebreak Hero may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, transfer of assets, or change in business ownership.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any checkout terms or written policies expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Housebreak Hero concerning the website and program.

They replace prior discussions or communications concerning the same subject matter.
